Pennsylvania Sales Tax Notice
Pennsylvania sales or use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of tangible personal property to Pennsylvania individuals and businesses.

Paying for Your Order
You may pay for your orders with Electronic Check, ACH, Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Debit Card. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® Card. Not all payment methods may be accepted online at this time. If the payment method you wish to use is unavailable online, please call our sales team to complete your order at (888) 378-1145.
Generally, your selected payment method of choice will be processed once your order has been finalized/approved and processed. However, if electing to pay via credit or debit card we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Each bank varies in the amount of time they hold preauthorization funds prior to releasing. You should contact your bank for further details/questions regarding their process and how you may be affected. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder.
Validating Your Order
After placing an order by using our shopping cart, we will check the information you provide us for validity, by verifying your method of payment, shipping address, etc. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with the order.Generally, your credit or debit cards will not be charged if we reject an order. However, in the event, a charge has been made against your card we will process a refund to the card that was charged.
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
DF Supply, Inc. may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Expedited Shipping Policy
We may offer you an expedited shipping option during the checkout process. Your acceptance of this option instead of ground does not guarantee that your order will be delivered by a specific date/time. While we make every attempt to expedite your order, it may be delayed for several reasons – including but not limited to the following: invalid shipping address, payment method decline, invalid contact information, product availability, holidays, and carrier-related delays. If we expect a delay in your shipment, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you. Some custom-ordered items are not eligible for this service, in which case you will be contacted to switch to a different shipping method. Items shipping freight or common carrier are not eligible for this or any other expedited services. This expedited service does not guarantee or imply delivery by a specific carrier. We retain the right to modify this shipping policy or discontinue the expedited shipping offer at any time.

If you choose to return part or all of your order you are fully responsible for the return shipping & must prepay any applicable fees/taxes.
