What are Galaxy Style Post Caps?
Galaxy post caps, much like our Cambridge post caps, feature large "windows" around the cap, allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up your deck, patio, or anywhere else you want! What makes Galaxy style caps unique, other than the small square "stars" design that make up the windows along the cap, is that they feature a full 360 degree lighting style. This means that there are no breaks in the windows along the sides, allowing for the most amount of light possible to shine through.
All of our Galaxy-style post caps feature LED lights, fit externally over 4-inch vinyl fence posts, and are offered in the three traditional colors of white, black, and almond as well as the less traditional khaki. They each have a flat top design and are infused with UV inhibitors to prevent fading or yellowing from the sun. What makes both the Solar and Low Voltage versions of the Galaxy post caps so great is that the LED lights will provide the same amount of light as a 40-watt bulb while only drawing .8 watts per bulb, giving you great visibility while keeping your energy costs low.
